Logan Valley Manor’s spacious building invites a home like atmosphere for all residents and visitors. Its hard working and dedicated staff strive everyday to make Logan Valley a place to call home. Half way between Sioux City, Iowa and Fremont, Nebraska, Logan Valley Manor is nestled in the small community of Lyons which is richly involved in the happenings at the home.

Our activities program reflects this involvement and our activities director does an amazing job partnering with other local clubs and organizations to create special outings, activities, events, and the like. We are proud of the care we provide in our Alzheimer’s Unit. Our residents with Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia receive exceptional nursing care and participate in specialized activity programs. In addition, a keypad security system is in place to assure safety. We are a community that embraces our past but is building for the future.
