Lars Elliott

Chief Financial Officer

Lars Elliott is the Chief Financial Officer and a member of the Board of Directors for Deseret Health Group. As CFO, Lars manages Deseret’s financial operations including directing, monitoring, coordinating, interpreting, and administering all functional activities and policies relates to finance, accounting, and budgeting, reimbursement fees, insurance, financial analysis, and pricing within Deseret. He helped design the group's financial systems, and has established standards and procedures ever since. He is also responsible for managing cash flow for each care center, overseeing taxes, payroll and bookkeeping.

Lars has superior interpersonal and communication skills, and thrives on empowering employees for ultimate success. He has an uncanny ability to steer his team toward producing dramatic increases in revenue, while maximizing operational efficiency. He is hardworking, diligent, and well organized.

Proficient in Spanish, Lars spent two years in Guayaquil, Ecuador, serving with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from 1999-2001. He earned his master's degree in business administration from Westminster College in 2006, and bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Utah in 2005.
