Across the board, every facility promises high-quality, Medicaid/Medicare-certified care from an attentive, onsite staff of dedicated professionals, including an Administrator, Medical Director, Licensed Nurses and Social Worker and fully trained therapy staff. A Registered Dietician provides outstanding dietary services customized for each residents needs. When needed, we work with respected nearby hospitals and medical providers to supplement care. At our Deseret facilities you can feel confident that our registered dietary consultant can ensure that your loved one is maintaining a balanced, nutritious, and delicious diet for optimum health.
+ Registered Nurses
Our Registered Nurses work to promote health, prevent disease and help residents cope with illness. With a work environment that is constantly changing, they are advocates and health educators for residents, families and communities. Our Nurses are continuously learning about the latest technology as well as considering the evidence that their nursing practice is based upon.
+ Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses
When providing resident care, LPNs care for patients in many ways. Often, they provide basic bedside care under the direction of physicians and registered nurses. They are there to help keep the resident comfortable and they assist with bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene, moving in bed, standing, and walking.
+ Certified Nursing Assistants
Our CNAs’ compassion and skill in patient care help minimize the stress of our residents. They work under the supervision of a nurse to provide assistance to residents with daily living tasks.

Therapists and support staff are selected based on their ability to meet our specific quality standards, while embracing a holistic treatment approach. They share a commitment to ensure patients achieve the highest level of functioning and independence as quickly as possible. We offer a wide range of therapy options available to both residents and members of the community.

+ Physical Therapy
Deseret Health Group provides advanced physical therapy and rehabilitation services through our ancillary service companies. Our employees appreciate the challenges residents face in working to regain strength and independence, and we simultaneously promote physical accomplishments and emotional well-being.
+ Occupational Therapy
Our Occupational therapists work with individuals who suffer from a mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling condition. The therapists help residents not only improve their basic motor functions and reasoning abilities, but also compensate for permanent loss of function. The goal is to help residents have independent, productive and satisfying lives.
+ Speech Therapy
Many seniors face problems with speech and language. This is a natural process, but they might feel depressed and isolated which can lead to emotional distress. That is why Speech Therapy is a vital element in our therapy services. Speech Therapy helps you or your loved one to communicate effectively with their family and the people around them.
+ Pharmacy Consulting
For medication safety, consultation, and recommendations, residents at our facility have access to an in-house registered pharmacy consultant. As a clinical practitioner, they provide pharmacy systems, medication education, and resident advocacy.
